Certain Products are not returnable and refundable
Unfortunately there are certain products that cannot be returned or refunded. These types of products include any item that may pose health issue when reselling or restocking the item such as disposable gloves or face masks. All sales on nippers, pushers and skin care are final due to sanitation purposes. We do not accept returns or exchange on electronics or electrical equipment such as drills. And Shipping charges on the original order transaction cannot be refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. And we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damages and issues with carrier
Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can correct the issue and make it right for you. If you however receive a damaged product, please take any necessary photos that may be used in a claim against the carrier, if they are at fault.

To qualify for Returns or Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges. Purchasers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refund, while sale items are non-refundable. Electronic items that have been opened or partially used, as well as equipment such as drills, disposable gloves, and face masks, cannot be returned. If your items meet these criteria, we will gladly process your refund or exchange as requested.

Request an authorization code for returns or exchanges

Assuming all the above criteria is meet then your next step is to initiate a return or exchange. To do that you must first request an authorization code. All returns or exchanges require an authorization. Any Items sent back to us without first requesting an authorization code will not be accepted.
